For over 20 years, QA PrepRoom Consult has been Ghana's most trusted academic support and international admissions consulting company, helping students go from the classroom to universities around the world.
At QA PrepRoom Consult, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the gaps in their educational journey.
Our mission is to equip students with the academic skills, confidence, and global resources they need to thrive throughout school and in their careers.
We specialise in helping students strengthen their foundations, excel in their WASSCE, and achieve outstanding results in international exams such as the SAT, GRE, and TOEFL, opening doors to scholarships and admissions at leading universities in the USA, UK, Canada, and beyond.
"At PrepRoom, we don't just prepare students for exams. We prepare them for life, no gaps, no surprises, and no student left behind."
Our teachers are trained to break down difficult concepts and ensure students truly understand the material, not just memorise it. We begin each class by identifying missing Maths and English fundamentals, then build personalised learning plans to close those gaps. We teach students how to learn effectively, follow instructions, and solve any problem with confidence, skills that last far beyond any exam.
We integrate modern technology, AI-powered tools, and flexible online classes into our programmes, making high-quality education accessible from anywhere. Our students benefit from live AI-powered study support, digital practice tests, and online progress tracking. Our U.S.-based team continuously researches the latest educational, career, and visa trends so students always have the most relevant opportunities.
We guide students through the full international admissions journey, from university and scholarship applications to visas, careers, and life abroad. At QA PrepRoom, we prepare students for life.
From a single classroom in Ghana to a globally connected team, here is how QA PrepRoom grew into what it is today.
Founder Sam Eshun began his career teaching at Achimota School, where he saw firsthand the gaps in academic support and test preparation for Ghanaian students. His passion for education and student outcomes laid the foundation for what would become QA PrepRoom Consult.
Sam went on to work at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., gaining deep experience in international systems, consulting, and education policy. This global perspective became a cornerstone of PrepRoom's approach, connecting Ghanaian students to world-class opportunities.
Sam returned to Ghana with a clear mission: to give students the same level of academic support available in the world's most resourced environments. QA PrepRoom launched with JHS and SHS vacation classes, quickly earning a reputation for results.
As the student population grew, PrepRoom expanded into SAT and GRE preparation alongside full-service university application consulting, helping students gain admission and scholarships to study in the USA, UK, and Canada. This marked the beginning of many more success stories.
QA PrepRoom now operates with teams across Ghana and the USA, with partners across the UK, Germany, and West Africa. We offer WASSCE classes, SAT and GRE preparation, full admissions consulting, visa preparation, and career coaching, with over $1.8M in scholarships secured and many more to come.
