Ghana's SHS system often leaves students without full curriculum coverage. Our vacation classes fill that gap — structured, hybrid lessons that prepare students for WASSCE success.
Many SHS students return home during vacation breaks without knowing the full WASSCE syllabus, the topics they are expected to learn, how prepared they truly are for their exams, and with weak foundations in key subjects. Many also struggle because they do not fully understand what they are being taught or have never been shown how to learn effectively.
At QA PrepRoom, our SHS vacation classes are designed to solve these challenges — helping students strengthen their basics, measure their exam readiness, complete the syllabus, and teaching them how to learn so they can approach every exam with confidence.
Each class begins with a diagnostic test to identify gaps in core Maths, English, and other subject fundamentals — highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. We then provide personalised lessons tailored to each learner's needs, delivered by teachers who know how to reach different types of students in ways that make concepts clear and easier to understand.
We provide students with the full WASSCE syllabus, assess what has been covered versus what is still outstanding, and use our WASSCE Readiness Calculator to measure how prepared they are. We ensure all required topics are fully taught, practise past questions, and build revision and preparation time into every class — so students are fully ready for exam day.
Our hybrid programme combines accessible online weekday lessons with valuable weekend in-person sessions at our centre, giving students time to ask questions and interact with teachers. Powered by advanced online learning platforms, AI learning tools, smart classroom systems, and progress tracking technology — a modern, world-class learning experience for students aiming to excel.
