When do SHS vacation classes run?
SHS vacation classes run on weekdays via Zoom and on Saturdays in-person at our Tema centre. Classes are timed to align with school vacation periods so students can catch up and get ahead during their breaks.
How do I register for SAT or GRE classes?
You can register through our online form on the SAT or GRE pages. The SAT year-round track is open to Level 100–200 university students. For SHS students, Track 1 runs post-WASSCE and Track 2 runs year-round.
How does admissions consulting work?
We actively work on applications with students — not just advise. This includes school selection, essay writing, form completion, scholarship applications, financial aid, interview prep, and visa guidance for USA, UK, and Canada.
How do I pay for classes?
Payments are made via Mobile Money (MoMo) to our Ghana operations lead. A registration fee is required to secure your spot, followed by monthly tuition payments. Contact us on WhatsApp for current pricing details.
What countries can students apply to through PrepRoom?
We help students apply to universities in the USA, UK, Canada, and beyond. Our strongest track record is with U.S. universities, where many of our students have received full and partial scholarships.
Do I need an SAT score to apply for university?
Not always, but a strong SAT score significantly increases your scholarship prospects. We recommend taking the SAT if you're targeting U.S. universities with financial aid — and we're here to help you prepare.
Can I join classes if I'm outside of Tema or Accra?
Yes. All weekday classes are held online via Zoom, so students from anywhere in Ghana can participate. The Saturday in-person sessions are held at our Tema centre for those who can attend.
